What to expect?

The course should take no longer than 90 minutes to complete and is designed to be accessible to all learning levels, no previous qualifications are required, however, all participants will need to complete 'end of module' quiz to complete the course.

On completion, participants will be empowered within their role as a midday supervisor, will understand how to deal with challenges faced during lunchtime and will learn skills to deal with common incidents, whilst also being shown effective ways to communicate with children.

Participants will also go through modules covering introduction to safeguarding and dealing with first aid incidents.


On completion of the course, participants will be issued with a recognised Midday Supervisor qualification.
